No. We charge zero setup fees and zero monthly fees. You only pay the transaction fee when money moves — either when you collect a payment or make a transfer. What you see on this page is exactly what you pay.
The collection fee is deducted from the amount received before it settles into your wallet. For example, if a customer pays ₦10,000, the fee is subtracted and you receive the net amount. Your customer always pays the exact amount shown.
Payments received via bank transfer or virtual account settle into your wallet instantly (within seconds). You can then withdraw to your bank account at any time — transfers are typically completed within minutes.
Currently there is no cap on collection fees. The fee is calculated as 4% + ₦5 per transaction regardless of size.
